Today I was expecting a parcel from this company and was using the tracking on line. At 10am I was told it was on the van. At 11am I was told it was on the van and at 1pm I was told delivery had failed at 10.40. I contacted parcel 2 .... and they told me that delivery had been attempted and they would reset delivery for tomorrow. Confused I was. At 1.40pm the parcel arrives and I ask the delivery person had she called earlier -- to which she replies No. Now having stayed in for 4 hours with loss of income I was a bit miffed but to be told, at least, an untruth I was angry. On line with the company agent they did not seem to know what was happening with their tracking system or answer any question about their mishandled delivery and continued to compound the false statements. They knew so little they still wanted to redeliver the parcel the next day!
