I am 63 years old with severe mobility problems and the car park with disabled parking is near back entrance it is quite a long walk to check out in front of shop and then walk around to car park. I asked to see manager and after over 5 minutes they had not got there meanwhile the assistant was still chatting and joking with a colleague I left my items there went out back entrance and did my shopping in the friendly Morrisons store on the way to car park. Morrisons might be slightly dearer but they more than make for it with friendless to an elderly widower who lives alone.
