Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
The shop assistant was rude. They only allow you to collect your prescription after 48 hours. They are not open at the weekend. So if you get a prescription on a Thursday, you can't collect it until the following Monday. This made my prescription pointless and I didn't collect it.
