Awful. Rude and unhelpful

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
I just tried to buy petrol at this station. Unfortunately the person before me had parked at the pump and was having a " good old chat" with the man and woman at the counter who both looked at me twice and then carried on their conversation, ignoring me completely. After 5 minutes of waiting patiently for them to finish their chat. I moved my car forward and back, I thought it rude to sound the horn. They both looked at me again and carried in chatting. Manners clearly not a priority for them. I left after a few more minutes and of course will never return.
