Dylan Hunt (Kevin Sorbo), frozen in time for three hundred years, must use the Andromeda spacecraft and a crew of mercenaries to restore the galactic Commonwealth. In 'The Weight (Part 1)', Dylan awakens on a strange planet. In 'The Weight (Part 2)', when Dylan receives a distress signal, he finds the Andromeda abandoned in space. In 'Phear Phactor Phenom', Dylan jumps at the chance to find a stolen painting so he can use the reward money to repair the Andromeda. In 'Decay of the Angel', a slipstream event is recorded in the Seefra system, and a strange man arrives claiming to be from the future. Finally, in 'The Eschatology of Our Present', Beka (Lisa Ryder) learns that she has existed in several different places before.
