First flown in 1944, the C-82 was a specialist US military freighter which served during the Berlin Airlift. The successor to the plane - the C-119 - featured more powerful engines, a widened fuselage and a redesigned cockpit. This book profiles both aircraft, detailing their active service. The book is in excellent condition, almost as new, and does not appear to have ever been read.
