Our free-range pork shoulder has been cooked sous vide with homemade harissa. Blended with honey, cumin, paprika and a kick of red chilli, it's full of wonderfully warming flavours. Sous vide is a method of slow-cooking which ensures an even cook and deliciously tender meat. Your pork shoulder will have been pre-cooked by our chefs for 12 hours, so all you need to do is remove the joint from its packaging, cook it in the oven at 190degC for 20-25 minutes, then gently pull apart the pork to serve. It's perfect for a fuss-free meal that's full of flavour. Why not try barbecuing your pork shoulder? Simply place it onto the barbecue and cook on both sides until crisp and golden. Once you've pulled it apart, serve the pork in a brioche bun with raw kale and courgette spaghetti in a ginger and honey dressing. You can find the full recipe on our recipes page.
