This fitness hoop has a wave design which helps increase your circulation and flexibility, and being weighted at over 1kg helps you to maintain momentum whilst hooping. The hoop is very comfortable to use, it has its tough durable core, covered with a soft EVA foam with inner ridges making it easy to clean as it naturally resists bacteria and moisture.
