Viscosity I**. 15000-20000 mPa.s (High quality wallpaper adhesive) Ph measured in solution 1:28, Viscosity determined in solution 1:28. Measurement taken after 5 min. Base preparation. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust and flaking paint. Old wallpaper and loose paint must be removed before applying new wallpaper. If surface is highly absorptive it should be sized by primer. Application: Dilute enough powder into (tap) water using the chart below. Stir to achieve a smooth consistency.
