The element-proof, ultra-precise Kontrol Tower top vent is consistent and the stainless steel latch combined with the fibreglass gasket, which gives 10x more life than other brands, gives an air-tight seal. The large cooking surface underneath is crafted from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel with an 18" cooking grill and the innovative divide and conquer cooking sytem. A multi panel 1.25" firebox reduces the risk of cracking and the patented slide out ash drawer makes for easy cleaning.
