Fascinating Late-Tennies compact disc-package, released on the "Onyx / PM Classics"-labels. It features Spring-2018, Liverpool-based recordings of the virtuoso, Macedonian-born (1979) pianist Simon Trpceski, giving lovely recitals of works by three famous 19C / 20C, Russian geniuses, namely : Sergei Prokofiev (1891-1953) ; Modest Mussorgsky (1839-81) ; and, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov (1844-1908). 1)-4) "Tales of an Old Grandmother" Op.31, by Prokofiev. 5) "Night on Bald Mountain", by Mussorgsky (arr. Rimsky-Korsakov & Chernov). 6)-9) "Scheherazade" Op.35, by Rimsky-Korsakov (arr. Gilson). The cover opens into an 8-page, EX- condition, mono - except for the Outside Cover - booklet (sample Photo Two) containing : Interesting, three-page 2019 essay by J. Nicholas, printed in English & German languages only (sorry no French / Italian / Spanish, etc.) ; Full recording-credits / locations / dates, etc. ; Front-Cover photographer-credit, by "B. Ealovega / KulturOp - S. Spirovski" (plus another page-sized - but, mono - still of Trpceski on the Reverse-Cover, taken by "KulturOp" ... and, one last full-colour still of our Simon situated in the space behind the CD holder [i.e. holder is transparent], this time by Ealovega only!). The CD is in VG+ condition.
