The innovative Riixo Ice Ball combines the benefits of cryotherapy and traditional massage balls for a great new form of recovery. The steel ball has a liquid core that remains cold and can be frozen for better results. Simply place the whole unit in the freezer for an hour, and you're good to go.

You can remove the black cup - which is used to grip the ball during massage.

When used independently, the steal ball is ideal for icing and gently relieving Plantar Fasciitis.

Features & Uses

Plantar Fasciitis
When frozen, the steel ball is perfect for the treatment of Plantar Fasciitis. Unscrew the ball from its black cup and use it to ice massage the bottom of the foot, reducing pain and swelling in the area.

Shin Splints
Roll the ball down the muscles on the front of the shin to help alleviate the pain of shin splints. As the Riixo Ice Ball is so highly portable you can take it with you anywhere. Don't let pain get in the way of doing the things you love.

Deep Tissue Massage

Ice and Heat
