Malus domestica Apple Gala- A well loved variety in the UK. A reliable cultivar producing attractive yellow skinned fruit flushed with red. A sweet flavour when eaten straight from the tree, also makes a delicious juicing apple. Malus domestica Apple Golden Delicious- Easy to grow, produces good yields of greenish-yellow apples that mature to golden-yellow that store well over a long period after harvesting Pyrus communis Pear Mini Doyenne Du Comice- Producing fantastic mini pear fruits with a great taste. Holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit. Repot into 30cm pots in a well drained soil based compost such as John Innes No. 3 at the same soil level as they were in their nursery pots. Keep sheltered until fully established. Repot into increasingly larger pots up to 60cm diameter as they increase in size. After growing on these can be planted in well drained, sunny borders that have been enriched with well rotted manure or garden compost. Feed and water regularly throughout the summer.
