Have bought a few rugs which I have been very happy with but chose wrong colour with a recent purchase. I sent it back for an exchange no problem!the customer service is excellent...i feel confident asking for advice and have found communications very good and helpful

They have a wide selection and the delivery was very quick despite the Black Friday rush. We struggled to find the right size carpet anywhere else.

Arrived in good time. The rug was rolled to tightly had to use weights to get the curled edges out, but was flat next day. Good colour nice quality.

I had no problems with my purchase. It was dispatched in a timely manner. Good communication from the delivery provider.
The rug is lovely and well made. The colour is a little lighter than the photo but we love it.
