Name it as you like it - Office Depot, Viking, Whachamacallit - still the same, solid service and no hassle with ordering. Got my item within 48 hours safe and sound, as ordered. I don't require anything more than that.

Wrong information/took the order and nearly �400 out of my bank account. Told by several members of Viking staff, my 3 chairs that I ordered would be with me, the following Monday or Tuesday, 20th or 21st December. Even received an email, CONFIMING that my goods were on their way.
I was happy to hear that, as one of the Office Massage Chairs, was for my very brave paralyzed, young son-in-law, and

I had a problem with a chair that physically broke in two (see photo) after only 13 months of use. The chair cost me �270. Even though it was outside of warranty, Viking gave me a good discount on my next purchase (because that kind of break should never have happened).
However, what could have gone better was the handling of the case in the first place: the first offer was a stingy �10 off on my

Awful. Rude and unhelpful

I just tried to buy petrol at this station.
Unfortunately the person before me had parked at the pump and was having a " good old chat" with the man and woman at the counter who both looked at me twice and then carried on their conversation, ignoring me completely. After 5 minutes of waiting patiently for them to finish their chat. I moved my car forward and back, I thought it rude to sound the horn. They both looked at me again and carried in chatting. Manners clearly not a priority for them. I left after a few more minutes and of course will never return.

Ordered on Friday, confirmation of order by return - expected delivery next Tuesday. It arrived Monday morning and was in use that afternoon! The chair was assembled without any trouble and is in use and comfortable. Well done Viking!

The polycarbonate mat is perfect under the castors of my office chair. Before, i could hardly move the chair a centimetre on the new plush carpet. Now it slides about like a dream on ice - so much so that i feel i need an anchor!
