We have ordered from myphotopuzzle.co.uk for a few times now. They are very good and reliable in quality puzzle and delivery. But this time, it was a long delay for delivery with UPS. Maybe it was caused by COVID.

Ordered fabric on 31st January. No mention that he could not be delivered to the UK due to covid! The website is very misleading as it advertises itself as a UK website when in actual fact it is in Germany. This is the second time I've purchased from myphotopuzzle.co.uk. Very pleased with the results. Always know exactly where the order is up to - a very slick operation.

Constantly delayed (In UK so nothing to do with Covid.) and no comunication from them at all.
I'll buy from a UK based company now rather than get them printed in Germany.

Please be warned that this company is not based in the UK, items are produced and shipped from GERMANY. This is misleading and not outlined on the website
I've placed an order to print two canvas on 30 Jan 2021, on 12 February customer service provided me with tracking number for my parcel, however only label has been created to date (16 February 2021) and my canvas has not left Germany yet!!!!

Excellent product but it took a while coming. However, following an enquiry I recieved an apology for the delay (which was nothing to do with my-picture.co.uk) and asked to wait a few more days during which time the goods arrived! Better late than never!

Post-Brexit, getting the item took a bit longer into the UK from Germany but got through as expected. Can't blame the site for that!
Product was great, so I'm very happy.

Their idea of 24/7 opening is untrue. When you build up photos for a multi picture puzzle, it can’t be saved so I paid up and immediately emailed as I needed the delivery address to be in the EU instead of Uk. The puzzles are sent from Germany, I was willing to pay any extra costs. 3 days, no reply- then a flat No’. Phone number they show on the website is unmanned. Useless

Delivery took 2 weeks!!! What the UK website don't highlight is that they are based in Germany. Delivery via UPS was atrocious. The parcel, after arriving in this country, stood in a depot 10 miles away for over a week. Communication was good via email, but didn't solve the issue.

I ordered fabrics around 3 weeks ago. I got an a email to say that there are big delays and that because the fabric is coming in from Germany I probably won’t get it due to Brexit. Brexit has not been a secret so why has my fabrics.co.uK only just noticed this ?

I was surprised to find that the goods sent from Belgium. Everything about Rigby&Peller would seem British from the web site & from normal in-store shopping. Even the reasonably priced P&P would seem UK based. The package became caught in the UPS delivery system which repeatedly presented missed delivery expectations & time expired information taking 18 days to arrive. Add a warning to Web Site.

Awful. Ordered on 29th December and heard nothing for weeks. After emailing them (could not find a uk contact number), they replied to say they couldn't supply "due to the brexit". "Chose not to supply" is a little more accurate. Let's see if they manage to refund me...
