Rude customer service behaviour by owner

Please read in full. Worst customer service by cashier owner. Bad waiters service, they forget what asked and come back late or don't come at all. Masala dosa very thick like bread size. Ravva dosa is too oily and not good for health. Rates of dishes are high. They give half cup chutney sambar which is bare sufficient for dish. You ask they vanish but charge is very high. Try. One of other customer review matches. We go for not just for food but food with good service. Which is missing. All restaurants give take away. This place doesn't give take away. Not sure why. We were not aware of it and requested to give small cover to take away only 1 item in excess order. Cashier or owner is very very RUDE in not giving small cover saying they don't have it. Liar. Even not ashamed of charging full money. We left having food in the middle, even then the heartless cashier with beard didn't show any concern. How can on earth can a person be so blunt, with no ethics towards customers. They use MTR nane and taste are just OK not like woh. Who really know dish preparation and taste they can see food is just average. Adding salt and spice is not a food. Honest experience and review comments. Avoid the rude restaurant MTR.

We were lucky and extremely happy to have had food on 1st February morning. What a taste! It's exactly same as the original Bangalore MTR at Mavalli. The service was great. Coffee, benne masala dosa, vada everything was out of the world. Hats off to the owners for bringing MTR to London. Chethana, Sharath and their other partners + the excellent chefs n staff all deserve commendation. Will visit again n again.
