Hyundai gets very good reports in many magazines, I would just like to say that I going by these reports and the five year warranty,I was directed to one of these vehicles a 1.6 Hyundai Matrix, for space as my wife is registered dissabled, great there is room for her and she is sitting higher, that is where it STOPS!!you just about require a fuel tanker behind you to keep it going with fuel, 30MPG motorway driving,I have managed 33mpg but never went over 55/60mph very boring journey and very dangerous I always seemed to be in the road of other vehicles, I have been in touch with Hyundai and they just do not seem to be interested, I have now had this vehicle for 12months and I cant better the consumption any way (my son runs a Vauxhall 2.6 V6 and can average 39mpg)I think it is terrible for a company to allow a family saloon??????? on the road with such a poor consumption,a warning for the extra two years warranty it is costing you on fuel( the recomended consumption is 42.8mpg NO WAY!!!!)
