I had the same problem with Truprint, I didn't receive any of my photos AT ALL. So after chasing them up for months I finally had to take them to court, they didn't even bother replying to court and the judgement was in my favour.
I've now sent a warrant and the local county court will send the bailiffs around their offices to collect the money.
I paid £5 to them for processing my photos, now they'll have to pay back £65 to cover court fees as well as my money back.
If only all customers did this maybe they'd start having a better customer service!
