Very disappointed, 2 weeks later and no goods have arrived. I ordered from a uk website, paid in sterling, to discover that I actually ordered from Belgium. Nowhere does it state this and had i known I wouldn’t have purchased. Been charged 182 pounds, still no delivery. Called office, girl said out of her hands, great customer service!! You have the money, I have no goods.

I placed my order on 11th Jan, it's now the 20th and I haven't received my order despite the assertion on your website that delivery should be within 2 to 3 days. I had assumed my order would come from the UK but apparently it comes from Belgium and Brexit has severely impacted delibery
