Took a few days for the delivery to arrive as from Belgium, but good communication from the delivery company.
Products all as ordered and packed well, just missed the great customer service in my local store in Harrogate

I have not yet received my order and on tracking think it has been returned to sender despite a delivery not having been attempted.

Still waiting for order. Not happy at all. Been put back delivery 4 times. Ordered 6/1/21. Still not arrived . It’s supposidly in transit. But every day it gets put back was today now Monday really not good enough. Wouldn’t order from rugby and pellet again very dissapointed

Love, love, love R&P! They are my go to for lingerie for over 20+ years. Being more Rubenesque, they make me feel gorgeous and like I am wearing a secret. Ordering, delivery is easy and returns have never been a problem
