You failed to tell me that you did not take orders over £1000 from a new customer by credit card. So my payment was rejected. paying by bank transfer involved filling in a form and setting up an account which forced me to watch a video on how to use it!. I then received no process details after sending three e mails, Finally on Day 7 I got through on the phone to someone who said my order would b

The lady that seems to be the head of the cafe.. Never seems to have any food or has shortages at any times of the day I have visited ..prolonging me and others with this and that is out of You will have a long wait 20 mins fir example fir bacon to be cooked in the oven ! Even though there is 3 people at the tables and I've sat and watched her do the same old story about we don't have this or that and people resulting in just having Chips ! Or her famous line is we have a toastie I can heat up ! I really don't feel she is passionate about her job nor accomadating to others ..regardless of time or day ! They are always out of everything despite being in an Asda store full of stock !

Manager was scruffy and short tempered with his staff.
Watched staff reuse milk jugs for oat milk after semi skimmed with no cleaning it out.

The Vikki wig by Paula French is a great fit and love the colour and style. The Advanced French by Raquel Welch was a poor fit. Her wigs are only available in 'average' size as there is some adjustment availavle at the back. However, even with that, hairline was not covered and the length from crown to front of ears was too short

Very disappointed with the fabric I ordered. It was described as a dark brown french terry but when it arrived it was more of a fawn colour (light/mid brown) and very lightweight more like a t-shirt fabric. It was not suitable for my project but do not want the expense of returning it and wasting more money.

Still waiting Delivery, I made to purchases back on the 5/7 September spending over two hundred pounds and UPS the choice of the supplier has changed the delivery date three times on my order . Originally the delivery date was 21st sept then moved to the 22nd of Sept and it has changed again to Thursday the 23rd . Watch this space !! Reason for the poor rating of goods is that I haven’t received

Ordered online and the design exceeded expectations in real life. I purchased the diamond Pulse stacking ring and wear it every day. The ring has a lovely weight to it. Also, the packaging was beautiful!

I was watching Menzies' live tracking which included BusinessClosed (Friday; yes, I was out because no time window provided), ItemNotFound and RouteOrPlanningIssue (both Monday morning), and AccessIssue, whatever that means (Tuesday morning). Monday and Tuesday I was in all day and never saw hide nor hair of them. I contacted Viking live chat as no way of contacting Menzi
