After a week of waiting and watching the tracking show it getting within a few miles of home, before it then heading 3 counties away I gave up and ordered from Amazon instead.
Was trying Viking again having stopped for a while after a similar failed delivery.
Really need to kick their couriers into touch and get someone reliable!

There are always long waits for merchandise although payment is taken on ordering not when goods are dispatched.
I have been disappointed in the recent delivery of top and skirt. No better than goods at half the price.
A long wait too for re-Imbursement.
Following delivery of my next order( earrings/rain hat/ walking shoes)I shall terminate my connection with Peter Hahn

Expect the long delay of delivery was Covid connection. My phone call to find out when delivery could be expected was handled quickly and politely. And the shoes were worth the wait.

Took 3 attempts to establish the correct size (product was on the small size) but returns and redelivery was perfectly acceptable - slightly slow due to European connection I guess but not a problem really unless desperate to get something quickly. Customer service was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Lovely clothing, usually takes 10 days to two weeks to arrive but well worth The wait! Sizes tend to be more German than French, a size 10 tends to be more like a 12. And it feels good to support European goods.

The quality of the bras is excellent, as expected. Where they did less well was in their communication. There was a problem with the closure of the French channel ports; Triumph contacted me straight away cancelling the order and promising a refund. No refund arrived and it wasn't until I emailed with a query that my goods actually arrived. Triumph did not respond to my email. Improvement needed.

There was a delay, but this was due to Brexit/Covid/the French. The company kept me informed, offered to resend if necessary - no need.

We are very pleased with our purchase. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed due to problems with the French ferries which was not the fault of my-pictures.co.uk.

Absolutely shocking customer service - please I implore you not to order from this company no matter how cheap it may be.

They have over £150 of my money for dead, diseased plants. They were in transit for more than 8 days squished into a box where they arrived dry as a bone and could not be revived. Some were pushed so tightly in they were broken in pieces because they were too tight to pay for a bigger box. One box looked like someone had played football with it.

I've emailed, tweeted and used their awful online ticket system. They've had photo evidence they ignore. They've told me their gardening expert says the plants are weathered and won't let me dispute that and expect me to send back all the plants at my own cost even thought they are completely dead and they don't respond for days so how do I trust them? I've sent almost 30 photos for their review. I've reported them to local trading standards, essex trading standards and BBC watchdog. I'll now be taking legal action.

Beware of significant delays. After waiting three weeks for a watch they indicated would be delivered quickly, I gave up and cancelled my order. I got a refund but had to spend more buying the watch elsewhere. Poor communication as well; needed to be chased several times. Avoid!

Bought a watch for my sons 16th payed �100, watch strap broke five times in one month, very unhappy about quality of product. Asked for better quality replacement, I am willing to pay more towards a better quality watch. Company refuse. Was told by shop manager, only a judge can say the watch is of poor quality. As the watch is scratched as it fell off my sons wrist, shop and f hinds HQ informed me its tough, they wont change a scratched watch, Its scratched, because the blinkin strap keeps breaking!!!!Wanted to support shops on the high street but after this experience, will always buy online, amazon always replace faulty goods. Have given one star only because the shop was open. Customer service gets a big fat 0. And my son gets a watch that he can only keep in his pocket!!! Thanks f hinds.

They scratched my limited edition 30th anniversary Diesel (�200+) watch when they tried to replace my watch strap. There are some aesthetic screws below the face of the watch, and some clever assistant tried to gain access to the straps by unscrewing these aesthetic screw. As a result, they left four indentations on these aesthetic screws. What's more, they couldn't even fit the strap on properly and was very loose when I received my watch. In the end, even though they denied it was their fault, I got the straps for free. Later, I realised that the Auditor of the company (not the watch repairer) was the one who fitted the strap for me which is quite a suspicious matter. In hindsight, I should have checked their log book that notes the damage to the watch before carry out the work to see if it was their fault. Either way, I believe these incidents would not always happen in Goldsmiths. Nonetheless, do they live up to the expectation of a company established since 1778? No.

Why is it that this branch never seems to have such things as sugarsnap peas, mange tout, etc. but they do have an over-abundance of french beans. When we asked a member of staff we were told that these do not sell but it is not surprising as there are hardly every any plastic bags around to sell the fresh salad and vegetables. They only ever have one colour of pepper, this week it was red. This store is not in the same league as the one at Netherfield where we used to shop.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before placing an order for �60.65 on 20th April 2009. Apart from an order acknowledgement I've had no communication from the company despite me raising a "ticket" to ask for the whereabouts of my order. No answer from phone line. No note to explain delay. But my money was taken on the day of my order. I am now disputing the payment through my bank and thinking of reporting these cowboys to Watchdog. Seems as though this is a complete scam and fraud.
