We were refused to board the flight at Heathrow to Johannesburg despite being at the airport 2 hours early. We had checked in and everything so it was in your system that we showed up. Despite that your system was showing we didn't show up and blocked us from booking the next flight to Paris. This was not a holiday, we were going to a funeral of my brother who died unexpectedly and is a loved fath

ordered 2 canvas prints easy to choose size and centre print choice of framing ok ready for dispatch 3 days took 5 days to arrive
contacted my picture same day as ordered to let them know there was text on one print and asked them to be sure to check it was printed the correct way took them a few days to reply saying it was an automated system and would be the same as the photo i sent delighted t

I ordered and paid for an item of clothing as a present for my Wife.
I spent 15 mins waiting for someone to pick up the phone, only to be told "Yes, it is in stock, we'll get it out to you asap, it is due to our new computer system"
I waited, then got emailed to confirm that I was getting a refund.
Got a refund, then had to re-order it. My Wife is very unhappy that she did not receive the present

I appreciate Peter Hahn's range of clothing very much indeed, and am a regular customer. Their returns system is good too.
My only slight criticism is that their delivery is quite slow, but the clothes are worth waiting for and very possibly we have all become quite impatient since we have become greedy for next day delivery.

1 have ordered again from them, to give them another chance, have not recived my order again can not get into my account on line to see were it is they are still saying doing a upgrade on there systems, but there never get in touch with me to keep me updated. The upgrade started in MARCH! also my order was ordered on the 8th of September.

Such a huge company yet their payment system takes 4-5days to confirm a bank transfer. My bank even couldn't verify the bank account the funds were being transferred too, my local shop has better and easier payment options. Having said that, the booking process was simply and received a fair price on my flights.

I emailed customer service twice and each reply said to complete the return form! I then telephoned customer service and was advised that sometimes the system didn’t print the return form. Contacting Yodel on the 29th I was told they had not received my parcel; concerned, I contacted your customer service to be told rather dismissively that the system said it had been handed over on the 23rd and in any case they wouldn't take any other action until 5 working days had elapsed.
