I was looking forward to my first delivery. After almost a week I hadn't heard anything. When I contact you, I was I told you were changing over systems and there was no record of me or my order. I didn't feel confident re ordering my holiday clothes in case I ran out of time. Just visited and bought from stores.

This company has poor customer communications - they accepted orders and forgot to advise that there distribution system was shutting down for a major upgrade (which apparently failed and required a second attempt) - still waiting for a delivery a month later

My order was placed a month ago. The only communication was ten days ago telling me my order had been despatched. When it still didn't arrive I phoned customer service who in an off hand way told me they had systems problems and the order would be despatched in the next few days. It still hasn't arrived.

Quality of goods is great BUT dispatch DREADFUL twice I have ordered from here, and both times, there has been an unconscionable delay, which has been blamed both times on system upgrades, and I have never received the goods within the timeframe promised.
It has also necessitated several phone calls to customer service to try and get the items that I have ordered. Nobody minds delays and problems

Unfortunately there was an error with the system when I placed my order so delivery took a while and I had to send an email to chase my order. However once resolved my light was sent quickly and I absolutely love it!

I was a bit disappointed. The system charged me full price for a couple of items, even although my screen showed that 40% discount had been applied before I paid. Interaction with customer services was disappointing in relation to getting the overcharge refunded. I had to wait until my order arrived to see if I was going to keep the two items and then it was to be resolved. I kept one item and

Delivery is very quick. And the price is very good. The vinyl is well packaged we rang and email the company to find out where is our order as the tracking system is not very quick of updating there system but they’re very quick to respond. The triumph system cancelled order without notifying customer and when being contacted - triumph refused to contact the payment centre Klarna to rectify this despite repeated contact- as triumph refuse to inform the payment centre - the Klarna started to charge customer for an order that had been cancelled by triumph system. I would like to see the system at Peter Hahn go back to informing me that an item has left there warehouse and is on its way to me , one makes an order and although you can look to see if it’s been dispatched there isn’t a way to know how long it’s going to be delivered.
Also they could be more efficient at getting orders out and delivered faster as they are rather slow .
