Paid extra delivery to te receive boots which didn't come till a week later. Poor customer service when queried this.

I really love the boots, they are comfy, perfect sizing, look really nice and good quality at a great price!
The only thing that i was a bit miffed about is that i ordered 2 pairs to make sure i got the right size and send back the ones that dont fit, but didnt realise you get money taken off refund because i returned a pair. If it was an exchange it would be free. I wish id have realised and I w

You deducted £7.99 from my refund, when the boots did not fit properly and even though my size they were too big.
Trust me I will never use you again as this is totally unacceptable, and I will make sure I tell all my friends not to use you either.
What kind of service is this when you buy online!
