Spent nearly �800 on, in my opinion, a poorly made, uncomfortable, badly finished sofa bed. When I complained, they were totally uninterested even though I offered to accept just a 50% refund and return the goods myself. Apalling attitude and unacceptable customer service. Please avoid.
