Really quick delivery. Very good quality light, which was easy to install ourselves, look's really stylish and is hooked up to our Google home account so we can set it to come on and go off and adjust the colour and brightness of the bulb. Bulb is an led bulb which is even better. Thoroughly recommend.

Booked Noir brassiere for a girlfriends evening out.
Pre arranged booking for a platter for 3 people. At first slight confusion because I thought they provided light bites and other bistro food services and beverages.
The person who I spoke too explained platters have to be pre- ordered because they are prepared on the day also paying a booking deposit of £10.
On the day of our platter evening. We drove up and we were quite impressed with the frontage of the cafe/ Bistro lovely display of Christmas trees, in the front of the window with lovely fairy lights.
Lovely high back gothic style cream chairs placed around a round table. But once you got inside the bistro a mishmash of tables and chairs thrown together. No wine bar or any signs of a kitchen only one young worker was on doing everything.
I went up to him and told him I had booked a table for a platter evening. He replied and told me the table is set up.
When I looked there were three small saucer size side plates set out with cutlery and paper napkins.
I asked for a hot beverage to my dismay he responded we donât do hot beverages because we donât have a kitchen all he could offer was soft drinks and they have bottles of wine but not a wine bar.
He then brought our platters to us.
I was absolutely disgusted because it was quite evident a few packets of crackers and probably one packet of deli meat along with a pack of dried sausage rolls and cheese were put out to cover three platter plates thrown onto the platter plate which was obviously left out on the side for a couple of hours because of this one young person who was by himself.
This is a total misrepresentation of promoting and advertising they are Brasserie/ wine bar offering high end light bites and bistro food. It wasnât expensive evening but it was money down the drain for poor food and no service.
I will not be going back !!!!!

I was up set you say an extra 5% when you buy 4 items
which was over and above then 4 for 3 earlier offer but it was
not deducted from my bill

I purchased 3No. sample and only 2No. arrived. Also the sample was so small it did not show a full pattern so I could not get an understanding of what it would look like in the space. Thirdly, I raised a complaint with customer service a week ago and have had no acknowledgement or response. Very poor.

I had an question about the product that I'd ordered and their agent, Emma, responded promptly.
When I then discovered they had sent the wrong type of bulbs I contacted Emma again and she arranged a speedy delivery of the correct ones, and said that we could keep the original set - which will find a home in our conservatory.
I would definitely use them again.

I ordered £260 worth of ink cartridges on 10.10. The delivery man put a note through the door on 11.10 saying I was out and it couldn’t be delivered. I was in and my doorbell was working perfectly. Amazing, amazing, amazing! This is the third set of canvas prints I have had done - this time 4 very large ones and one small one. They are once again fantastic! I don’t know how this company produce them at this price, including postage from Germany. Thanks!

I have bought and worn their twin sets for many years....they are always admired even if some young people think I am an old 'fuddy-duddy' They are always stylish with skirt or trouser. This year I have bought a dress to take on holiday. i may not need the twin set.... hopefully it will be too warm.
