Very easy to order, the mower arrived within a few days as promised. Easy to unpack and set up instructions on putting grass box together could be more explicit. The mower is brilliant easy to use as its self propelled battery lasted good 45 minutes more than enough to cut our large lawn. Tackled long grass with ease. I was very impressed with the cut and maneuverability around the curved edges.

Canvas bought for my daughter arrived in good time and she was very happy with the quality. Hanger set I purchased was missing but customer support helped very quickly and sent a replacement. My only negative feedback is for the delivery company, UPS, who left my order outside my daughters flat while she was out. This is no reflection on mypicture however as obviously this wasn’t their fault.

Whatever i have ever ordered from this shop, it has always been A1 quality. they had a bit of a set-back in delivery times due to Brexit and Covid, but that is understandable and forgiven. Their range is excellent. Might not be the cheapest fabric around, but i have the impression that the shop is also more environmentally aware and active, hence the price.

I've had some disappointments and set backs with canvases and calendars over the months I've been ordering various products but on the whole my problems have been addressed and dealt with - eventually in the case of a missing calendar. This last order has been a triumph and I'm delighted with the final product as I am with the canvases some of which are spectacularly successful.

The quality of the product is excellent. If it were possible to move photos from one specific space to another would have meant that I could have chosen the layout I truly wanted. Spent hours attempting to find the ideal layout with the pictures I wanted; it turned out to be a bit of a lucky dip.
