Although,i have so much like for Air France until I was disappointed some years back when I was give meal with a bad table,I couldn't use it, I held my food in my hand wasn't comfortable eating ,the air hostess apologies and said they will compensate me with. Extremely poor customer service

I thought it might have just been me catching a guy on a bad day (still not acceptable) but the man at the counter when collecting packages on two separate occasions was rude and dismissive. Regular customers (one had to show me how he works) told me I have to find my own parcel from a heap of parcels and take it up to him, that's the way he works they tell me.
On the first visit I approached him at the counter and said I had a parcel to collect. He said nothing, just gestured with his hand to what looked like 'go away' but this other customer told me he was telling me to go find my own package.
I had to sort through until I found mine underneath some much heavier parcels. I am disabled but, it's an invisible disability but I doubt it would have made any difference if I were 80 and on a zimmer frame!
Second visit, he was much the same, didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in.
Both occasions when I took the package to the counter he says nothing, does nothing. He keeps staring at me expecting me to know what's he's on about. Apparently this time it was because he couldn't quite get 90ð on to the bar code of the parcel. Obviously doesn't occur to him to move the box himself.
He takes an age to go through doing his checks and scans and really, ages!
This time he did at least make it look like he checked my ID.
A terrible experience from a guy who clearly would much rather be anywhere else or, perhaps he's just like that with folk collecting parcels. If that is the case, maybe tell dpd to stop leaving packages there?

very unimpressed went in to order an expensive hand made one off table to be told they can't sell it that day and will call me back 2 days later as it was bank holiday and the manager was away to arrange delivery etc
no call 2 days later so called them up to be told its sold this morning and nothing can be done as its now labeled as sold !
when we explained we had put our name to this days ago and this was in the order book , we were told well they didn't see it in the book and staff had not passed on message no real apologie only sorry its sold customer service nil points not even offered to try and get a similar one totally rubbish

My order was placed a month ago. The only communication was ten days ago telling me my order had been despatched. When it still didn't arrive I phoned customer service who in an off hand way told me they had systems problems and the order would be despatched in the next few days. It still hasn't arrived.

Great value and quality product. It was a 205kg roll and only 1 guy on the delivery lorry so I had to give him a hand with it. Not sure what he’d have done it I wasn’t able.

Yes but I’d wait for a better deal if I could. Or source the internals somewhere else.
The doors run smoothly and fit well into the area. I used a laser for accurate measurements. Space slide then work out how big to make the doors which worked a treat!
There is a large gap between each sliding door. It looks a bit unrefined but it does stop your hand getting pinched.

Always let you know if there is a delay in delivery or phone customer services and they have all the information to hand without holding for another department. When the goods arrive they are extremely well packed and always a joy to open with lovely, quality goods.

The delivery time and quality of product was decent, however the in-built wifi that I paid an extra £20 for didn't work correctly. I just so happened to have another one to hand, so just used that. Otherwise, the product was ace.

The packaging was adequate but easily removed by hand, the lamp was easily assembled with understandable instructions and shines on my keyboard with no painful glare.

GHOSTBIKES have a really good range of products - the gloves I bought were excellent - I have another product in the pipeline but the sizing is tricky however once I get the right fit it's another purchase !

Two days later, the third item had not yet appeared, but Viking website reported the delivery complete: so I rang after-sales number, and said the courier's photograph would show only two items.
