34 days after placing my order (on Friday June 10th) my fabric finally arrived - this is not good customer service!

I down loaded several hand drawn iPad sketches and ordered a number of canvas prints, mugs and cushions.All items were supplied to a high standard and the pictures were very well reproduced in good colour and sharpness. The only problem experienced was delayed delivery of one order so I would recommend planning well ahead if an item is a gift for a special occasion.

Dropped in for a coffee during Easter break, half the menu was not on. Was ok as given options. However the server has a very obvious skin complaint, now usually I would not mind this however said person was scratching into the ice cream, into drinks as he held them, and didn't wash wash or wear gloves, he also handled money this is really really poor. I was unable to say and unable to drink my drink, he even put the straw in with his dirty hands.
Went to sit at table and it was dirty, so after attempting to clean myself with napkin, I noticed a young girl and asked her would she have anything I could clean taken with, I was very willing to do it myself, she made some smart comment about just leave it to later, she proceeded to make a comment about us to her colleague who replied back to her.
This place isn't cheap, I prefer to have my food without the skin and sort of others in it. Shocked is an understatement.
We r still living in covid times and cleanliness should be a priority

Purchased vouchers that were then not processed and had to ring to get purchase approved for reasons that were not clear. Delayed posting already and then took a further six days to arrive and so couldn't hand these to my staff for their Christmas present as it was too late. Really not at all happy with this service.

This by doubt one of the best purchases I have bought on line. From a very quick delivery to the quality of the purchase I am impressed. The shed took me a couple of hours to build on my own, the drawings supplied made life very easy. I was very pleasently surprised to find a pair of gloves and a screw driver included.
