Mower arrived very promptly and in good condition, however, 2 of the 4 bolts sheered when I attached the handle, (hand tightened) I notified the company who assured me they'd send out replacements immediately, I sent photographs of said bolts as per their request. Sent a further e-mail to remind them a week later. STILL waiting today 1st June. Very poor customer service.

Very poor service. Hand sanitiser arrived in an unlabelled box. Another box was damaged. I asked for clarity on what was in the unlabelled 5 litre container and the customer service agent kept referring me to a page on the website which showed a labelled container. I will not order from this company ever again! I would have given a zero star review but on this site this is not allowed.

I bought the Lawn Mower and found that only three of the four wheels were in contact with the ground and there was no way that the other wheel could be adjusted.
The power cable from the base unit to the hand control was very taught and could easily break.
After nearly three week I am still waiting for my refund.

are tailored to people with skin conditions like acne and Rosascea or very dry or greasy skin.They’re a bit pricey but worth the improvement I’ve had.There are also
consultants on hand for advice on which products are suitable for your skin.If anything doesn’t agree with your skin it can be returned for a refund.

My delivery arrived within the 3-5 working days as promised, and was packaged appropriately. The sugar-free hard candies are an ideal treat to have to hand next to the computer as I work. Reasonably priced and great tasting.

Very happy with my beautiful hand tufted 100% wool rug made in India. Lovely Rose Pink with intricate pattern. (No child labour used). Had intended using as fireside rug, but I am going to lay it in middle of dining room to show it off. fast delivery and good price.

Worst customer service ever - genuine leather was fake!

Bought a hand bag online that was described as being genuine leather. After having used it for a week, I discover that it is made of fake leather - I can�t stand cheap fake leather bags! To be absolutely sure, I took it to a leather specialist and let him cut a small hole in the lining so he can see the back side of the "leather" - it is fake leather.
I then contact Urban Outfit's customer service online, and explains everything. But they refuse to accept a return because the bag now has been �damaged� with the hole in the lining. I explain again that the bag already had been used for a week so they could not put it up for sale again anyway - they don�t care.
I got no excuse or anything else for the mistakes they've made, even though they now have changed the description of the text on their website.
I will never buy from Urban Outfit's again!
