Puzzle frame arrived with broken glass and damage to the frame.
Possibly because the delivery person dropped over our gate. Unimpressed with the delivery
Truly impressed with the quality of the puzzles.

I have bought my bras from Rugby and Peller for years now. For the first time, due to Covid, I purchased my bra on-line. Due to Brexit, there was a delay in delivery. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase, though I would prefer to visit the Rugby and Peller store in person for a fitting.

I have an invalid husband. I haven't been able to go shopping for over a year so all of my shopping is done online. I have bought LANDS'END items for several years, so I knew how to clothe myself and my husband when I was unable to visit shops in person. I have been very pleased with my purchases.

It took forever to arrive and I couldn’t contact a person on the sight for help and the virtual assistant was totally useless. I was redirected to UPS for assistance but they wanted a tracking number but I only had a order number.

I actually thought I had been scammed on a bogus website. I had just about given up on it when it arrived and its absoloutly brilliant. I’m so pleased with it.

I have a gift card, however was not able to use it online to place this order & due to isolating I am not able to attend a store in person. I attempted to phone customer service on numerous occasions, my call was never answered. I have received delivery of my item nor have I received any correspondence regarding it, in fact I don’t know if my order has been dispatched or what has happened to it.

I ordered Monday night a IPad Air 2 128gb for just under �500.
I paid for next day delivery as it was a present needed for Father's Day.
Wednesday it arrived and it was immediately obvious there was a problem. The parcel was sealed but the iPad inside not - it was covered in black grease also.
Opening it up I found incorrect packaging (bought lots of iPads before)
I also found a dirty and damaged through excessive use 30 pin charger! It doesn't use a 30 pin charger.
Clearly a used unit.
I went to my receipt, I went to my emails ... I went to the website ... NO CUSTOMER SEVICES CONTACT ANYWHERE.
I contacted them via Facebook as initial website query ignored. They REFUSED TO GIVE ME A CO TACT NUMBER.
I then said they should send a replacement the next day to swap it. THEY REFUSED TO SEND A UNIT TO SWAP.
They said the only solution was for me to return the unit and as I was 'under contract' with them to purchase the unit they would send one WITHIN 30 DAYS!
I have been told if I wish to complain the will come back to me WITHIN 24 to 48 HOURS! It's clear you are seriously at risk if you trade with these people. There are other complaints on the web also. Do a google or look at Twitter.

My order is over a month late now - it still shows as "Processing" on their website.
I can't get through to any person on their premium 08448 line and their online ticketing system isn't working either.

I am not a person who only writes negative reviews only for the best and worst.

Today I was expecting a parcel from this company and was using the tracking on line. At 10am I was told it was on the van. At 11am I was told it was on the van and at 1pm I was told delivery had failed at 10.40. I contacted parcel 2 .... and they told me that delivery had been attempted and they would reset delivery for tomorrow. Confused I was. At 1.40pm the parcel arrives and I ask the delivery person had she called earlier -- to which she replies No. Now having stayed in for 4 hours with loss of income I was a bit miffed but to be told, at least, an untruth I was angry.

On line with the company agent they did not seem to know what was happening with their tracking system or answer any question about their mishandled delivery and continued to compound the false statements. They knew so little they still wanted to redeliver the parcel the next day!

Some people might think that they were just lying throughout the whole process, nobody knows but if this farce happens to you make your own judgement.

I am just writing this review after reading some of the others ones and thinking to my self why do some people have to be fickle.
Dont get me wrong some of there comments are true but the reason we all go to morrisons (and all the other big stores for as well) is because they are cheap and conveniant. Yes there staff are not always cheerful but you cant blame morrisons for that entirely that is down to the particular member of staff themselves.
As for the freshness of there produce the only way you can guarantee freshness is to produce the stuff yourself. Also and possibly the thing that annoys me most is the person that moaned about the lack of fair trade items I myself am yet to be convinced that half of these so called fair trade items really are and not an excuse to hike the price of a particular product up in price. Finally i do my shopping in morrisons every week and would not shop any where else as i beleive they for a big chain they make the best effort to give there stores a local feel and they offer the best range of fresh fruit,veg,meat and fish of any of the big super markets at the best prices.
