A problem happened with my order. The money was taken from my bank account but I received no confirmation of my order. I phoned customer service with no reply, I then had a chat line with a promise of it being sorted and then 5 days after the error by Viking direct, I had an email conversation with profuse apologies from the person who dealt with my complaint. I was never offered a re- order optio

The person on the telephone( I think it was Liz) was so helpful throughout and very
efficient. The whole procedure was very pleasant and professional as I had a few difficulties on returning my coat to exchange for another size. Also she arranged the replacement for me which arrived in a couple of days. Thank you.

I suspected that there was a reason why the jumper I purchased was on sale. The answer is in the design. My wife thought I was wearing it back to front! I guess in the world of fashion, some you win, some you lose. Still, I'm in my mid sixties and don't really care if I look like a person without dress sense.

Excellent purchasing experience, both price and communication, only let down by delivery company DX.
A £500 mower no signature required, was going to leave at the front door, didn’t knock on door, was drop and run.
My wife spotted the guy who reluctantly agreed to put in hallway. Would not deliver to a very acceptable side entrance.

After feeling unwell for years I decided to see if it was perhaps a food intolerance. I received a test pack from testyourintolerance.com and my results were returned in a couple of days. I was intolerant to wheat & gluten and after changing my diet feel a different person. Money well spent.
