Dropped in for a coffee during Easter break, half the menu was not on. Was ok as given options. However the server has a very obvious skin complaint, now usually I would not mind this however said person was scratching into the ice cream, into drinks as he held them, and didn't wash wash or wear gloves, he also handled money this is really really poor. I was unable to say and unable to drink my drink, he even put the straw in with his dirty hands.
Went to sit at table and it was dirty, so after attempting to clean myself with napkin, I noticed a young girl and asked her would she have anything I could clean taken with, I was very willing to do it myself, she made some smart comment about just leave it to later, she proceeded to make a comment about us to her colleague who replied back to her.
This place isn't cheap, I prefer to have my food without the skin and sort of others in it. Shocked is an understatement.
We r still living in covid times and cleanliness should be a priority

Our order from Viking was left in the rain. The ream of 500 sheets of paper was ruined - with the box completely falling apart. When we informed Viking they did not offer a replacement - instead they arranged for the box to be collected. I am still awaiting a refund for the paper (after 10 days) and I still need some office paper. Disgraceful!!

delivery time was very good, however even though it said two man lift on box only one delivery person came and although didnt notice at time damage [repairable ] was caused.I used the word confused because it was advertised as as a 3m by 3m product, it did not specify that it was the roof area which had an overhang was 3 by 3 leaving the floor area smaller than I had planned a bit dissapointed bu

Worst customer service by cashier owner.
Bad waiters service, they forget what asked and come back late or don't come at all.
Masala dosa very thick like bread size.
Ravva dosa is too oily and not good for health.
Rates of dishes are high. They give half cup chutney sambar which is bare sufficient for dish. You ask they vanish but charge is very high. Try. One of other customer review matches.
We go for not just for food but food with good service. Which is missing.
All restaurants give take away. This place doesn't give take away. Not sure why. We were not aware of it and requested to give small cover to take away only 1 item in excess order. Cashier or owner is very very RUDE in not giving small cover saying they don't have it. Liar. Even not ashamed of charging full money. We left having food in the middle, even then the heartless cashier with beard didn't show any concern.
How can on earth can a person be so blunt, with no ethics towards customers.
They use MTR nane and taste are just OK not like woh. Who really know dish preparation and taste they can see food is just average. Adding salt and spice is not a food.
Honest experience and review comments. Avoid the rude restaurant MTR.

You printed one of my oil paintings for me. Even though it is only 500 pieces, it is very difficult to do and a big challenge which you need from a jigsaw puzzle. The printing is very clear, the colours good and the fit of pieces excellent.

The flooring never arrived and the proof of delivery was the front of a house that isn’t mine and a packing slip with the words front door on, the picture doesn’t even show the flooring being delivered to the front door, it doesn’t show any flooring at all!
We have had to buy flooring in person to get it down in time and heard no response upon requesting a refund. Absolutely awful customer servi
