The product is brilliant; however, during the delivery, the person who delivers it through it in the yard to the paved ground with a total of five flats 'neighbours in the building'. A post slot that could fit the post or through the main door in front of the yard was brilliant.

Yes you can do a lot if you were not associated with the people in London. I have a mug that should show my wife getting off a cable car in San Francisco and all I could see is my wife from the waste down and two feet. When I talked to a very rood person with a middle ashen accent he told me, did I look at the picture before you ordered it. He should check that before it was made, NOT me. Now

The website is really hard for online ordering, and although the person I spoke to tried to help, there wasn't much that could be done on the phone. As a result I have to return unwanted product. The product that did arrive is lovely

It took 8 days after production was completed to receive an item. It was a part of birthday present therefore I had to buy something else instead and then pay extra to post this item to the person. The quality of the item is OK, but when you pay £6 delivery for one small item you would expect that to be shipped quicker especially when it says 5-6 days after completion. I received my items after quite a while which isn't such a big deal as there's postal strikes. However, I spent £150 and the items arrived just in the cheap cardboard delivery box you'd get for £1. No tissue, no inner box, no presentation, just dumped in this box. I phoned to complain and was kept wait8ng 10 mins before the person came back to say I have to email this complaint. I did and nothing

Booked Noir brassiere for a girlfriends evening out.
Pre arranged booking for a platter for 3 people. At first slight confusion because I thought they provided light bites and other bistro food services and beverages.
The person who I spoke too explained platters have to be pre- ordered because they are prepared on the day also paying a booking deposit of £10.
On the day of our platter evening. We drove up and we were quite impressed with the frontage of the cafe/ Bistro lovely display of Christmas trees, in the front of the window with lovely fairy lights.
Lovely high back gothic style cream chairs placed around a round table. But once you got inside the bistro a mishmash of tables and chairs thrown together. No wine bar or any signs of a kitchen only one young worker was on doing everything.
I went up to him and told him I had booked a table for a platter evening. He replied and told me the table is set up.
When I looked there were three small saucer size side plates set out with cutlery and paper napkins.
I asked for a hot beverage to my dismay he responded we donât do hot beverages because we donât have a kitchen all he could offer was soft drinks and they have bottles of wine but not a wine bar.
He then brought our platters to us.
I was absolutely disgusted because it was quite evident a few packets of crackers and probably one packet of deli meat along with a pack of dried sausage rolls and cheese were put out to cover three platter plates thrown onto the platter plate which was obviously left out on the side for a couple of hours because of this one young person who was by himself.
This is a total misrepresentation of promoting and advertising they are Brasserie/ wine bar offering high end light bites and bistro food. It wasnât expensive evening but it was money down the drain for poor food and no service.
I will not be going back !!!!!

It has taken about 5 emails to get resolved. I am very ill which they know. I waited a month for it to arrive and then it had a hole in it.
I was told you check everything before it leaves the warehouse but mine must have been checked by a blind person, if at all. This has exhausted me and I’m supposed to be resting in bed! On the plus side your emails are polite but standard NOT based on the
