A personal jigsaw puzzle proved to be a fantastic present. Hours of enjoyment. Could not have been better. The personalised box makes this so individual for the person receiving it.

Horrible service

Horrible service!
I asked to top up my card and the person was serving there refused even they have a post saying Pay Point! I asked to speak with a manager and he said he is the boss , he said he cannot top up my monese card so I give him Monzo and even tried with a third card but at the beginning he said i need a different card theb he changed saying he doesn't top up at all!! I asked again to speak with a manager and this time he said he is not actually the boss anf his boss is not arround refusing to give me a phone number of his boss/ manager!!
He was swearing at me and told me to leave , he was so rude and I had my two little kids with me ! I never experienced such a bad behaviour and service anywhere else!
I want everyone to know about this man , he should not work in such an industry as he is so rude with his customers!

Racist and rude cashier

The cashier refused to serve me calling me names as white person and told me to f*** of* , I felt horrible and when i asked him why he talks to me like that he continued beeing racist with me and swearing! If this happens again i will call the police ! That man shouldn't work there!

The delivery person was brilliant. He called me because I was away from the office, and I directed him to a place to leave the parcels. He was pleasant, courteous, and our goods were left safe and dry on a particularly awful wet day.

Usually the delivery is very good but in my last delivery they sent the wrong item. However, the customer service person was very good at sorting out a solution.

Easy use website and excellent delivery. Only minor complaint is this was a gift order and the parcel came with Houghton Country tape on, fortunately the person the gift was for was not home

Really good quality and service. The box designer system was great too. A great gift.
Perhaps an additional difficulty level between 200 & 500 pieces would be nice. At 500, the pieces do get pretty small.
Check that your photo quality is as high as possible too before you start for good results.
I wrapped up the box lid so that it could also be a surprise while completing it.

Viking have taken the money however delivered the goods to the wrong address and person. The courier has not even checked the signature of who took the goods, which is nothing like what is on the delivery address label. No customer services telephone number so no means of getting through to Viking, email address only and a response time of 5 days, unacceptable.

I just tried to buy petrol at this station.
Unfortunately the person before me had parked at the pump and was having a " good old chat" with the man and woman at the counter who both looked at me twice and then carried on their conversation, ignoring me completely. After 5 minutes of waiting patiently for them to finish their chat. I moved my car forward and back, I thought it rude to sound the horn. They both looked at me again and carried in chatting. Manners clearly not a priority for them. I left after a few more minutes and of course will never return.

You sent the wrong boots and I was hoping to wear them for an occasion. I had to go to the inconvenience of having to return them. Totally unnecessary if the person had just paid more attention.

Tried to contact you an hour after placing order but too late to change from 1000 pieces to 500, I think you should give a little more time for any such contact. Still pleased with the jigsaw just concerned my granddaughter may not have enough patience.
