worst return experience. I ordered a fan which was delivered on time but we are not happy with it nothing wrong with the product its not as per requirement. So We decided to return it. On the website, I submit the return, but there was a coding error coming up on the page, I thought weekend so the system might be down.
Monday I tried again and the website return didn't work again. So I filled on
DELIVERY: VERY_POOR
GOODS: VERY_POOR
SERVICE: VERY_POOR

My order didn’t arrive although the delivery companies tracking system suggested assumed delivery’ after contacting lamplight customer services .. and after a speedy investigation lamplight are re sending my order.

Quality of clothes is great. The returns system (I’d ordered more than one size) worked efficiently.
However I do find the delivery times slow compared to other companies. Also sizing varies a great deal according to manufacture.

I would give Peter Hahn 5 stars, if they had a tracking system, like most other companies, offering on line services! The delivery period on some occasions can be quite long, and it means staying in the house for an extended period of time.
Otherwise I find Customer Services polite and helpful.
