When something goes wrong with the ordering system, tell the customer immediately, not let her wait weeks until she asks why her order has not arrived.

I would like to see the system at Peter Hahn go back to informing me that an item has left there warehouse and is on its way to me , one makes an order and although you can look to see if it’s been dispatched there isn’t a way to know how long it’s going to be delivered.
Also they could be more efficient at getting orders out and delivered faster as they are rather slow .

We would really appreciate a tracking system as most other good retailers use now. It’s impossible to learn if an order has even been despatched or not.

I have been a customer for many years and have always been pleased with my purchases. However there is one area which needs improvement. We really need a tracking system. This would mean we could order freely without missing deliveries.

The surface of the wig band is too shiny to hold my wig firm. And I have not received a reply to my question sent using the email system denoted on the website.
A week after, I am still awaiting a reply to the Natural Image email address I sent my enquiry to, and which was pointed out to me by a very helpful customer services lady.

Lamp and light are good all round but the returns system is awful. Its through UPS and does not give clear instructions of what is needed to retun and item. My closest UPS point is 30 minutes drive that I had to do twice because there is no instruction that says 3 copies of the invoice needs to be attached to the package. This meant it wouldn't be accepted so had to go home, print them out then go
