Order placed 23/5/23. Not received as they have new system. Was told on phone it was on its way but didn't arrive. Phoned again end of June to be told it was not available till August. I used Peter Hahn a lot in the past and have always had to wait about 3 weeks as goods come from Germany. Very disappointed that I can no longer shop with them.

Improve your order system. Spend less on advertising and more on actually sending out orders.

Only one out of two items ordered have arrived, a month after placing the order.
New computer systems installed need removing and revert to previous system that worked!

The system upgrade has been a disaster. Orders cannot be viewed or cancelled online. I have received two parcels with an incomplete address which delayed delivery.

wide selection of clothes and designers; very good choice of materials, sizes quick order system and returns.
could re-enable the customers information - items ordered , goods outstanding. and items returned etc; this is greatly missed!!!!

Great at answering questions and very helpful. Good choice of clothing but very slow in sending items.
I hope their new system is up and running very soon which may speed up their service.

I have been a long standing client of PETER HAHN. The clothes are fine, but the customer service has recently been pretty bad. The refund was terribly delayed but has finally come in. Whilst trying to get this resolved, I found the people answering emails did not read them properly. To blame was apparently a new system, let's see what the future brings.

Ordered two sweaters mid April. As they had not arrived by the beginning of June I phoned to see what had happened. The member of staff was extremely helpful, explaining there had been a fault with the computer system. I received one sweater a few days later but no explanation about the other item. Peter Hahn’s clothing is very good quality but the customer service could be better.

Have a proper IT system, a functioning website. For a long time I have been unable to check my past orders so can’t check sizes or reorder. Very frustrating the long period without a solution.?not acceptable theses days. Enormousvdelay in delivering orders. Will go to another shop.

Change over of system delayed the posting of the 2 parcels. The Jacket is fantastic but the skirt was dull and not lined so I have se not it back.
