Apparently PH changed over their system and had major problems getting orders out - but not getting money out of my account! Wrote several times to ask where my order was - no reply. Rang a couple of times and each time got a different story as to when the items had been despatched.

I have shopped with Peter Hahn for years. Great choice of products but I have recently placed two orders at the beginning of this month that I still haven’t received! I called them last week and was told some story about them changing systems and things not going to plan but the orders have been sent. I still haveńt received them and I notice the system change didńt stop the money from being taken

I ordered a pair of shorts 2nd May. Almost a month later & they still haven’t arrived. I phoned customer service, only to be told that the system has changed & orders are running late, rest assured they are on their way. That was over a week ago. That is my 1st and last order with Peter Hahn!

This company has poor customer communications - they accepted orders and forgot to advise that there distribution system was shutting down for a major upgrade (which apparently failed and required a second attempt) - still waiting for a delivery a month later

Quality of goods is great BUT dispatch DREADFUL twice I have ordered from here, and both times, there has been an unconscionable delay, which has been blamed both times on system upgrades, and I have never received the goods within the timeframe promised.
It has also necessitated several phone calls to customer service to try and get the items that I have ordered. Nobody minds delays and problems

Unfortunately there was an error with the system when I placed my order so delivery took a while and I had to send an email to chase my order. However once resolved my light was sent quickly and I absolutely love it!

I was a bit disappointed. The system charged me full price for a couple of items, even although my screen showed that 40% discount had been applied before I paid. Interaction with customer services was disappointing in relation to getting the overcharge refunded. I had to wait until my order arrived to see if I was going to keep the two items and then it was to be resolved. I kept one item and

Delivery is very quick. And the price is very good. The vinyl is well packaged we rang and email the company to find out where is our order as the tracking system is not very quick of updating there system but they’re very quick to respond.
