The time spent between ordering and delivery ,when an item is in stock, is way too long. Communication isn’t good when it comes to taking money from my account and sending items out for delivery And everything is put down to a new system that has taken most of the year to be installed .

Easy to use online ordering service - other than, perhaps, being asked to insert a house number in my address (I don't have one). But after the third attempt, the system seemed to recognise it anyway.

Could get no reply when phoning to place order. Tried on 3 consecutive days. Explanation was changes in system! Previous order for jacket never arrived on phoning told it was on way but item never delivered with no explanation.

I've had problems receiving orders since they say they've had a new computer system installed. It still says on the website
"Temporary restrictions due to a system changeover".
And you still can't see your orders on the website. When will they get on top of all this, it's been going on for many months now?
Pity. I like the clothes, but they do seem to have some real problems

Go back to old system where you could see what and when you have ordered!
Have been waiting for a swimsuit to be delivered must be 3 weeks so probably won’t get it for holiday!

When is the system update going to happen . Can no longer see what and when you have ordered . Goods have been taken far too long to arrive . Very disappointing.

I never did get my latest order. Kept being told’ my credit card hadn’t been accepted despite phone calls and conversations. Still getting emails now saying the same thing. Shame really. Never did like the long time from order to receiving clothes but felt it worthwhile as the clothes are lovely. Not sure if I will use again unless their system gets sorted out and they can try to complete orders a

Service from Peter Han has been seriously affected by their change in administration system recently. Their communication is very poor unlike in the past and I feel, as a retired Banker of 40 years experience in administration, they need too go back to their old excellent system.

no show of orders, I have had to chase customer service to find out were my orders are from May, still not recived. I have been told a new system is being installed, all i can say it is taking a very long time, I can not even log on to my account.The UK base is blaming the Germany company.

A few days after I placed my order, I received an email saying that, due to 'system changeover ', my order was delayed. It eventually arrived nearly 3 weeks after I ordered. I was offered 'compensation ' in the form of a voucher for £20 off a full-priced item over £75, but I was not inclined to give them any more of my money; a refund of the £4.95 postage charge would have been much more appro
