Since your disastrous IT issues of many months I have held back from ordering, just so much hassle and failed orders and failed system. I started today with hope, IMMEDIATELY the registration I was forced to do failed everywhere, I have been a very busy customer of Peter Hahn for decades, still I need to do this farcical 'registration over and over, nothing 'customer number' on any emailed order

I've had Stone Refurb on my list of potential suppliers for quite some time, but it's only been now that I've had a need to use them. And wow, I was not disappointed. Not only did they have a system available at a great price that fitted my needs perfectly, it was dispatched and delivered way ahead of the estimates.

Delivery is too slow purchases can take up to two weeks or more.
Your on line redeeming code claimed so far never worked I am having to ask by email for refund. Only to be told by rerun email that I was too late and will be refunded if I keep the goods. How by emailing again to inform you that I am keeping the goods? Not a good system.

We were refused to board the flight at Heathrow to Johannesburg despite being at the airport 2 hours early. We had checked in and everything so it was in your system that we showed up. Despite that your system was showing we didn't show up and blocked us from booking the next flight to Paris. This was not a holiday, we were going to a funeral of my brother who died unexpectedly and is a loved fath
