Great service and computer sent when I asked so I could be sure to be in when it was delivered. Sadly let down by DPD who didn’t give me more than 10 seconds to get to the door but it was delivered the next day. Really good value and quality.

Really pleased with the quality of the laptop I purchased. This is the second purchase from Stone refurb, and I would always come back if I require further goods!

Reason for poor review
I contacted the company a few days after receiving the laptop to say I was concerned about the battery as it needed recharging after a short period of use. I quickly received acknowledgement of my complaint but approx 2 weeks later, no further response.

I found it difficult to set up the system because there is no instruction manual for the computer. It was difficult to turn on the WiFi nmduring setup

Very disappointing customer service. The order was processed twice due to no confirmation of order after payment and there is no admission of responsibility to levy return shipping costs.

Customer service was brilliant. My original choice of laptop didn't pass the pre-posting check-up. They emailed me immediately, found another laptop of the same make and model but with a few scratches on the lid. This was slightly cheaper than the first item, so they refunded me the difference. Very pleasant to deal with. Efficient and honest.

Excellent from start to finish. Stunning little laptop for my son to do his school work on etc. Great price, very fast delivery and everything as promised. I'll be back when I need another for son nr.2
