I purchased 3No. sample and only 2No. arrived. Also the sample was so small it did not show a full pattern so I could not get an understanding of what it would look like in the space. Thirdly, I raised a complaint with customer service a week ago and have had no acknowledgement or response. Very poor.

Very prompt delivery. Able to order 1.6m, whereas local suppliers only sell full metre lengths. Not yet laid, but looks good.

Having ordered - had an email 3/4 days later saying it’s out of stock - offered me a similar one -with 5% discount- couldn’t access website for 36 hours - 3 different people tried- phoned up to try & get a delivery date if I ordered the other one - all the call centre could tell me was that the one I originally ordered was not due in until the end of the month - refund has still not gone in the ba

Faulty vinyl arrived. Deep creases and wrinkles for first 2.7m. No replies to emails to arrange pickup and refund. Multiple phone calls on different days all going straight to BT call minder. Also thickness states 2mm plus .20 wear layer. It’s only 1mm thick. Also delivery was certainly not within the 2-3 days specified even though item was in stock. Photos show faults and thickness. the whole experience was excellent from order, delivery, the quality of the product.
We were able to specify the measurements more accurately thereby saving money and waste, this was quite impressive when compared with other suppliers including high street.

Even though item was ordered at a weekend it was sat in delivery depot for says should have been delivered Thursday/Friday there was no update for anything when ringing the company they were rude and unhelpful in the end I cancelled the item the only good thing was they cancelled and paid back within minutes
