I ordered a vinyl which was confirmed by email as being in stock. I received confirmation from the delivery company that they had been informed of the order. I also recieved an email from Vinyl Flooring UK to say it had been shipped, only to then be told it was out of stock. Total waste of time.

Communication is useless. Answered once at start of week and been ignored since. Delivery still not arrived despite saying it would be by today and a tracking number that doesn’t work.
Wouldn’t recommend at all tbh!!

Gave status order being processed one week later said order dispatched with a note sorry out of stock should we raise a refund, having had my money for a week and starting to arrange the colour scheme for the room around the flooring I’m not impressed

I paid £2.99 per tiny strip of vinyl. Other companies give much larger sections for free. I did like one of the tiny strips but on principal will not buy from this company.
