I made sure I was in to receive the parcel on Monday this week and Yodel finally delivered on Wednesday which was inconvenient and the parcel got quite damp as we were not aware of its arrival.
Luckily the contents of the box were protected well and we are pleased with the light

Quick to respond when asked a question. Speedy delivery and they also sent out a video to my email with how to install the light. Brilliant would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Needs to be assembled. That wasn’t a problem for me, but might be for less able customers. It was never made clear that this lamp is powered by a 20 volt transformer. Although the transformer is included as an integral part at the end of the mains lead, it has European mains plug, not UK. It does come thin an adapter to UK plug but the adapter is quite bulky (long) and hence the adapter/transform

The website is really hard for online ordering, and although the person I spoke to tried to help, there wasn't much that could be done on the phone. As a result I have to return unwanted product. The product that did arrive is lovely

Received my lamp and I cannot actually believe they sent it out. The base was so badly damaged and chipped that we didn’t even bother putting it together. Now I have the hassle of returning it.
