I booked a flight which Airfrance have cancelled and rebooked me on a completely inconvenient alternative. I have tried to change the flight but the prices have increased so I now paying more for the journey. I tried to call several time but just get stuck in their automated system. I tried to request a refund online as per the guidance on their website but no response. Received another email

Website was easy to navigate and was user friendly. I had trouble with it on my mobile though but when switched to laptop it was fine.
Disappointed at the cost of seat selection though.

Price of seats far too high!
