Damaged hand luggage:
On flight AF1314, Paris CDG to Birmingham BHX, 27 December 2023, my hand luggage was put in the aircraft hold.
Upon arrival, my small suitcase was damaged, no longer usable.
I filled in the relevant complaint form online and sent it, with photographs, to Air France, as soon as I collected the suitcase at Birmingham Airport.
I have heard NOTHING from Air France. Today is 2 M

Professional and polite staff, throughout their client facing roles- very pleasant!
The airline is on time consistently and aircraft are quite new.
Mobile App has some 'bugs' and issues, but the PC / Laptop access to Airfrance website is stable and robust.
