The package was delivered on time. I ordered two womens Medium Drifter pullovers in different colours. The ivory one fitted well though not generous in sleeve length for my long arms. The burgundy pullover stretched after a couple of hours wearing to be too loose around the neck/off the shoulders and baggy around the chest. My size is 14 so Medium was too big in this case. Easy returns process.

Order to delivery was slow. Return for replacement was very slow and no information the return arriving or the replacement on its way. Knew nothing until someone knocked on the door with the package. Amazon have set a very high bar. I like the products. But the communication and timing especially around returns puts me off.

I am still wearing their clothing that was purchased over 20 years ago and the quality o Lands end is consistently excellent.
their customer service is very prompt and efficient and their returns policy enabled me to return some of my late partner's purchases after his death .
They are a superb company.

Sports knit trousers need to be a bit longer but they are comfortable and are fine for home wear. The jeans are excellent.
